I already ordered my dress. Should I be concerned about its arrival?

Our designer’s manufacturer facilities are working at nearly full capacity, and are committed to not missing any weddings. We will be happy to check on your dress upon request. We are also offering contactless curbside pickups. If you have postponed your wedding, please contact us so we can update your wedding date in our files.

I don’t have a dress yet, and I’m getting married this Fall.

We have almost 200 dresses in-stock and are currently having our 20 years 20% off sample sale going on with select styles. We are also able to check with our designers to see if we can get the dress you want in your size and color choice as you shop. We will do everything we can so you don’t have to give up on your perfect dress!

My wedding date has changed, and now the style of dress I ordered is all wrong.

So all along you’ve been planning a spring or summer wedding, and you’ve already ordered a dress that you don’t feel will fit the vibe for a fall or winter wedding? There are plenty of great options to get your spring dress winter-ready. We have many beautiful accessories, including capes, jackets, sashes, and veils. We can also order extra fabrics to create sleeves, or other custom options. If you have a dress with a lot of volume, you can remove layers in the gown to minimize the crinoline and to create a more subtle look. Our alterations team is here to help you with all of your options.
